Do you ship worldwide?
Most of my products can be shipped anywhere in the world. There are some larger items that are manufactured in the US, so I don’t make worldwide delivery available by default because of their high shipping costs, but this is always mentioned in the product description. If you don’t find your country among the countries listed, it doesn’t mean that I don’t ship to there, it just means that shipping is more expensive than the average shipping cost calculated into the price of the products. Feel free to drop me a line and I’ll check the shipping costs there.
How long will my order take?
US ~ 7-12 business days from the ship date
CA ~ 7-12 business days from the ship date
EU ~ 7-12 business days from the ship date
AUS ~ 7-12 business days from the ship date
OTHER ~ 10-30 business days from the ship date

Why is my package delayed?
Most orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of your purchase, but it can go up to 10. There may be some delays when there is a sudden, large influx of orders. Also during holidays please expect delays as the number of orders are slightly higher than usual.
I accidentally put the wrong shipping address on my order!
Your order will be sent to production automatically 1 hour after it has been placed. If you need to change your shipping details or cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible.
I received a wrong or damaged product, can I return it?
The product is quality checked after production and a photo is taken before shipping, so there’s little chance of being shipped damaged. But anyone can make a mistake, so if you encounter any issues with your order, such as damage during shipping or receiving the wrong item, please contact me and I will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Returns or exchanges are not available, because all items are made to order.
The package shows as delivered but I haven’t received it!
Please pay special attention to the tracking link I send you. Usually, the phone number or email address is not on the shipping label, so you may not receive a notification that your package has arrived. However, your tracking number contains all the information you need to get in touch with your local post office to check the status of your package.
I’ve been notified my package has arrived, but why should I pay extra for it?
Once the package reaches your country, you may be subject to import duties & taxes, and courier “handling fees”. Some carriers might send you the customs bill after you receive the order, but most of the time all customs fees have to be paid before you receive the order. I have no control over these charges nor are I able to reimburse you. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Sellers aren’t responsible for delays due to customs.
What should I do if my package is lost?
The local delivery services are responsible for the package from the moment it arrives in your country until it is delivered, so you should contact them in such cases. Please understand that I have little control over another country’s delivery service and their work moral, so I cannot take responsibility for them.
Where is BLVCKBORN located?
I don’t currently have a physical storefront, but I’m based in Hungary (EU) and my printing partners are located at Ohio (US) and Wuxi (CH).
I’ve seen your products on other sites, do you sell there too?
Besides my official website and my Etsy shop, I don’t sell my products anywhere else. If you find them elsewhere, they are fakes and don’t reflect the quality I represent in any way.
Can you make a custom design for me?
Every product I make – from the first detail to the last – is designed the way I imagined it. Any changes would damage my own vision and therefore my brand. However feel free to contact me about a collaboration of a new design from the start.
